Villa Rental Direct will do everything possible to show all information provided by the advertiser as accurately as possible. We will not, however, be held liable for any losses caused by error or omission on our part.
The final design and layout of each advertisement will be determined by Villa Rental Direct and we reserve the right to make alterations to text or photographs if we feel it is necessary. Villa Rental Direct will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of these amendments.
Villa Rental Direct accepts all property advertisements under the assumption that the advertiser provides an accurate description of the property. Furthermore, all advertisements should comply with relevant UK legislation including the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 (covering false descriptions) and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (covering misleading prices). The advertiser agrees to indemnify Villa Rental Direct against any claims or costs as a result of misleading information shown in the property advertisement.
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that they have all necessary permission for us to use any of the photographs or images that they supply to us. The advertiser agrees to indemnify Villa Rental Direct against any claims as a result of infringement of copyright issues relating to any photographs or images supplied.
All images and photographs reproduced by Villa Rental Direct, from images or photographs supplied by the advertiser, are the property of Villa Rental Direct and shall not be reproduced without our permission.
Villa Rental Direct will not be liable for the loss or damage of any photographs or images supplied by the advertiser.
Villa Rental Direct cannot be held liable for any losses or damages, either direct or consequential, incurred as a result of the advertising on their website.
Villa Rental Direct will do everything possible to ensure that the website remains operational at all times. It is, however, impossible to guarantee that the website will be operational 100% of the time.
The advertiser has the right to request that we withdraw their property details from our website, by instructing us to do so in writing. Upon receiving such instruction we will remove their details within 21 days from the date of this request. Any advertising costs already paid cannot be refunded, under these circumstances. We do, however, agree to reinstate the advertisement if requested to, at a later date, up until the current advertising contract expires.
Each advertised property will be given its own unique reference number. It is not possible to substitute a different property using the same reference number.
Only one property may be advertised under one reference number and with one advertising contract. We will, however, accept one advertisement for adjacent or connected properties if they can only be booked as one property with a single booking cost.
Villa Rental Direct will usually allow one link to the advertisers’ website with their advertisement but their website must only show one property. We reserve the right to refuse or remove these links without notice.
Villa Rental Direct will endeavor to have the property advertisement fully operational within 21 days of receiving all the necessary information and receiving payment. Although we cannot always guarantee, we will do everything possible to meet this deadline.
Villa Rental Direct reserves the right to refuse an advertising request or remove a property advertisement already shown. If any payment has already been received we will return it in full or a proportion relating to the amount of time remaining against the contract. Under no circumstances will Villa Rental Direct be liable for any losses incurred as a result of this advertisement being removed or rejected.
If we receive a complaint about an advertised property which we feel is fully justified then we reserve the right to remove that advertisement. Our decision on this will be final. A pro-rata refund will normally be made to the advertiser, for the remaining contract period, under these circumstances.
Villa Rental Direct monitor, wherever possible, all contacts made to our advertisers and will suppress any contact made which we feel will be detrimental to our business interests.
